Capture YourFree Throw from Several Angles To kickstart the process, you'll film yourself shooting free throws from several angles with your mobile phone.

The free throw is a microcosm of your overall shooting technique. This step is crucial as it allows Pat Miller to gain a comprehensive understanding of your shooting technique, footwork, and overall form. By capturing your shots on camera, you provide valuable footage for analysis and evaluation.
Students need to download the V1 Golf App
After downloading, create an account on V1 Golf.
Once into the app, have them select the Instructors tab at the bottom (it looks like 3 silhouettes of people).
Have them 'Select Academy" and type in "U-Can-Shoot" then click on it then your name after that.
Have them select the 3 dots to the right of the video that they want to send, then select 'Send to Coach'.
The video will be sent to you and in your Inbox on V1 Pro.
